1. Students are required to pay a $20 (non-refundable) registration fee upon registration.

2. Course fees must be paid upon registration.

3. Subsequent fees are charged on cycles of 4 lessons. Fees are to be paid on the 4th lesson of every 4-lesson cycle. A 10% surcharge will be imposed for fees that are one week overdue. We reserve the rights to cease lessons for students whose fees are 2 weeks overdue.

4. Every 4-lesson cycle must be completed within 5 weeks, i.e., only one postponement is allowed per 4-lesson cycle and the make-up class will be held no later than the 5th week of the current 4-lesson cycle. All make-up class schedules will be decided and arranged by The Music Lab LLP.

5. For students who are enrolled in the Busy Individual package, each 4-lesson cycle is to be completed within 8 weeks. Any outstanding lessons not completed within the specified timeframe will be forfeited. Only one postponement is allowed per 4-lesson cycle and the make-up class will be held no later than the 8th week of the current 4-lesson cycle. All make-up class schedules will be decided and arranged by The Music Lab LLP.

6. 24 hours advance notice is required to postpone a lesson. Lessons will be forfeited otherwise. Last minute postponement of lessons will not be entertained unless a medical certificate is provided with 2 hours advance notification given prior to the scheduled class time. Please note that all postponement entitlements must adhere to clauses no. 4 and no. 5 listed on this page.

7. Students must be punctual for their lessons. No makeup time will be given.

8. There will be no makeup class for group lessons. If one of the group members is unable to attend a lesson, his/her lesson will be forfeited. No consensual group postponements will be entertained.

9. Students who sign up for the 12 and 24 lessons packages are to complete the entire package duration and must follow the fee payment clause no. 3 listed on this page. The deposit (equivalent to the fees of 4 lessons) will be forfeited if the students fail to complete the package duration.

10. Students who wish to renew their lesson package (12 and 24 lesson packages) must inform the school 4 weeks prior to the completion of their existing lesson package. The Music Lab LLP reserves the right to allocate the students’ timeslots to new registrants otherwise.

11. The Music Lab reserves the right to revise the terms and conditions and course fees without prior notice.
