Real name Venerando Canesa Gonzaga, Vinnie has been into music for over 16 years. Born with music in his blood, hail from the musical land of Philippines, that is why he since tour the region performing in countries like Japan, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Vietnam, Malaysia, China, Thailand and so on. Performed with bands and people like John Molina’s KRUEGER, famous Rap Singer in Manila, FRANCIS MAGALONA, Renown Filipino jazz artistes, BOY KATINDIG to name a few.

Trained artistes like CLAIRE DE LA FUENTE, who went on to achieve popular acclaim in Manila as the Karen Carpenters of the Philippines, which is currently chosen by the famous Richard Carpenters of The Carpenters Duo to take over his sister Caren Carpenter. Amazingly, even though he is based in Singapore now, he still trains bands in the Philippines, thanks to the wonder of live video-conferencing. One of the bands he trained was HONEYS Band who just finished performing in Xanadu Lounge of SANDS Resort Hotel Macao, one of the biggest Hotel in Macao.

Vinnie has performed in MOSAIC MUSIC FESTIVAL with Beatfarm Band, Beatlab Band and Hybrid Band in March 2007. He has performed also with many Bands in Singapore like BOYS WITH TOYS (Hard Rock Café) Beat Lap (Esplanade) The JACKSON TWINS (Ritz Carlton Hotel) BEATFARM with the SINGAPORE SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA (Shangrila Hotel) and many others in different bars and hotels. As a solo using sequencer Vinnie performed in Hotel Intercontinental Singapore in the year 2003 for one and a half years with singer VICKY LAWRENCE.

Vinnie is currently performing in Hard Rock Café Singapore with BOYS WITH TOYS every Tuesday and KRUEGER BAND in Goodwood Hotel’s Thumper from Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays. Doing private events also with different bands around town. He teaches in the day Bass, Keyboards, Guitars, Drums and Vocals to local Singaporeans, Students from British International School, THE MUSIC LAB and CITY MUSIC CENTER for a year as well.ce book site).
